I work with a limited number of consulting and advisory clients on an ongoing basis. I help entrepreneurs understand their financial picture, and to gain control of it. However, we offer more than just financial statement interpretation, including business consulting from start up, scaling, mature businesses, all the way through to building exit strategies. 

This has become my favorite area of practice. I enjoy helping business owners better understand their business, and to create measurable and attainable strategies, producing results! 

A frequent observation that I have among clients, they are usually highly skilled in their areas, but need help understanding the business side, and the numbers. Because these are separate skill sets! An important distinguishing factor of my services is that I strive to empower the entrepreneur, rather than building dependence on consultants, including myself!

The state-of-the-art accounting software used in our office can provide helpful comparisons and calculations for effective, practical business analysis.
